Throughout the year, the Des Moines Buccaneer Booster Club sponsors many events to support the team and assists with the events the Bucs organization sponsors. Some of these events include participating in the Urbandale 4th of July parade, providing meals for the players and assisting the staff during the try-out camps, providing a Welcome Party for the new team prior to the start of the season, assisting with the Meet and Greet party, organizing the annual Christmas Party, organizing bus trips for away games for all fans and providing snacks for the players on their bus, hosting monthly birthday parties for the player, sponsoring the end of season awards for the players and providing scholarships for the players.
